Loewen, aged 72 years, of Rosenort, beloved husband of Sarah (nee Hiebert), passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2003 at the Red River Valley Lodge in Morris. Besides his dear wife, he leaves to mourn his passing son Bryan and wife Patty and granddaughter Amy, of Rosenort; daughter Lori and husband Rod Wolfe and granddaughters, Annika and Janae, of Niverville; as well as two brothers, six sisters, and their families. Johnny taught school for many years in Rosenort and St. Adolphe, and was Pastor of the Rosenort and Lowe Farm E.M. Churches. Funeral services will be held at the Rosenort Evangelical Mennonite Church on Thursday, November 20 at 2:00 p.m., with viewing prior to the service. Interment in the Rosenort Cemetery.
